Ieva Česnulaitytė is a seasoned professional in democratic participation and public policy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at DemocracyNext, where Ieva focuses on implementing citizens' assemblies in Vilnius, Lithuania. As the Founding Head of Research and Learning, Ieva has been instrumental in establishing new democratic frameworks for citizen engagement and representation. Additional roles include advisory positions with the Democracy R&D network and Lygiosios, alongside a fellowship with Europe's Futures at the IWM. Previous experience includes policy analysis at the OECD, where Ieva contributed to key reports on citizen participation, and served as an Open Government specialist for the Lithuanian government. Ieva also co-founded the social initiative CoolŪkis and has managed various projects aimed at enhancing civic engagement and reducing the gender pay gap. Ieva's academic background includes a Master of Public Policy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Birmingham.
