Olga Theodorogianni started their work experience in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant at Optima Food Gallery SA, where they worked until February 2019. From February 2019 to December 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Currently, they are employed at DEMO Pharmaceuticals S.A. as a Sap Mdm Analyst, a role they started in January 2021.

Olga Theodorogianni earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. Olga attended this institution from 2010 to 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Athens University of Economics and Business. Olga completed their Master's degree from 2018 to 2020.
