Sagar Bade is a skilled Research and Development Officer with experience in protective industrial coatings, currently employed at Demech Chemical Products Pvt. Ltd. since May 2023. Responsibilities include testing existing products in NABL-accredited labs, adhering to ASTM and USFDA standards. Prior to this role, Sagar worked as a Quality Control Executive at Kupsa Coatings from March 2021 to April 2023, focusing on quality control for production batches of various wood coatings and raw materials. Sagar began the career as a General Engineering Trainee in wood coatings and completed an internship at New World Paints Private Limited, where involvement included testing and application of water-based decorative paints.
