Vlad Samoila is a seasoned professional specializing in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSE) management with extensive experience across various maritime and offshore projects. Currently serving as a Project QHSE Coordinator at DEME Group since January 2020, Vlad has contributed to prominent offshore wind farm initiatives in Taiwan and the North Sea. Previous roles include HSSE Advisor at Petrofac, Safety Officer at Subsea 7, and Offshore HSE Advisor at GSP Holding SA, where responsibilities ranged from ensuring compliance with safety standards to leading risk assessments and safety training.
