Vinay Kumar Chilakala is a seasoned Project Controls Engineer with extensive experience in project planning and management across various sectors, including dredging, reclamation, and offshore wind farms, with project costs ranging from €40 million to €750 million. Currently with DEME Group, Vinay has successfully managed multiple tender programs using Primavera P6 and has substantial international exposure working on projects in Europe, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, and Taiwan. Previous roles include Planning Manager at Construction Management Consultant with P&G, focusing on the Feminine Care Business Unit, and Senior Project Planning Engineer at Almana Group, where Vinay oversaw significant interior fit-out projects. Vinay holds a postgraduate degree in Construction Management and certification in Advanced Planning & Scheduling, complementing a strong educational background in mechanical engineering.
