Maxime Surny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the construction and marine sectors. Currently serving as a Transport and Installation Manager at DEME Group, Maxime oversees the EPCI Les Éoliennes Flotantes du Golfe du Lion project in Le Barcares, France. Previously, Maxime held the position of Lead Engineer for the same project, managing a team of project engineers and coordinating operations related to contract execution. With a career that includes roles as Technical Office Engineer and Bid Coordinator at BESIX, as well as Technical Engineer at Jacques Delens, Maxime has demonstrated expertise in risk analysis, project organization, and stakeholder management.
