Klaas Adam currently serves as the Business Controller for the Dredging Fleet at DEME Group since August 2023. Previously, Klaas Adam spent nearly nine years at UNILIN, where roles included Product Manager for Chipboard, overseeing the product life cycle while coordinating between sales, marketing, production, R&D, and finance, and focusing on market potential, product optimization, and market strategy. Additional experience at UNILIN includes roles as Product Manager for Construction and Technical Support Engineer. Klaas Adam holds a Master of Civil Engineering from Ghent University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, as well as a certification in Successful Product Management from the Institute for Business Development.
