Cristian Alonso Berges is a Lead Engineer at DEME Group, currently involved in the Hai Long Offshore Substation Transport and Installation project. Prior to this role, they served as a Project Engineer on various offshore windfarm projects. Their background includes a research internship at Colorado State University focusing on extreme ultraviolet technology and involvement in the Tecnun Motorsport project during their time at the University of Navarra. Their education includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and additional courses in management and innovation.
