Lisa Whitten, CSM, CSPO, CCSM, currently serves as the Customer Success Manager for Key Accounts at Dematic, where responsibilities include developing and leading the Customer Success Management Program aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Previously, Lisa held various roles at Dematic, including Customer Success Manager for Micro Enterprise Solutions, Project Lead Disruptor (Micro-Enterprise), Business Analyst for Global Engineering Technologies, and Project Manager/Scrum Master for Mechatronics R&D. Prior to joining Dematic, Lisa worked at ArtiFlex Manufacturing, LLC as a Data Manager, at Tooling Systems Group, Inc. as a Data & Estimating Coordinator, and at Vans Pattern Corporation as a CAD/CAM Programmer. Education includes studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Grand Rapids Community College.
