Jodi Boelema, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning various leadership roles. Jodi currently serves as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Dematic and has held senior manager positions at Meijer, focusing on both corporate human resources and project management. Previous roles include Enterprise Resource Planning Project Manager and Human Resources Manager at GE, as well as internship experiences at 3M and the National Labor Relations Board. Jodi holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Social Relations, also from Michigan State University, where coursework included Spanish.
