Richard Britcliffe is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the engineering and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Demand Logic since August 2023, Richard focuses on identifying target customers, building relationships, and developing bespoke solutions. Previously, from February 2019 to August 2023, Richard held the title of Business Development Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA, where responsibilities included tendering multi-million-pound opportunities. Richard’s earlier roles include Business Development Executive at The FMC Network and Consultant at PMP Consultants Limited, alongside a work placement as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 2011.
