Tessa Raspo has a diverse range of work experiences in different companies. In 2020, they worked at Aztec Shops Ltd. as a Market Employee for three months. In 2021, they joined Demand Sports as part of the Business Development team. Later that year, they moved on to Demand Inc., where they took on the role of USA Partnerships Team member focusing on Sports, Venture Capital, and Startups. In 2022, Tessa joined Lasso AI as their Sales Operations Lead, where they play a critical role in leveraging their proprietary AI technology to identify decision-makers within organizations.

Tessa Raspo attended Central Catholic High School from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they pursued their education at San Diego State University, focusing on Marketing.
