Paul Shoeman has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Paul began their career in 1995 as a Lead Software Engineer at Intermec Technologies Corporation, followed by a role as Software Engineer III. In 2013, they joined Honeywell as a Technical Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master, and Software Engineer. In 2020, they moved to T-Mobile as a Certified Scrum Master and Technical Program Manager. Later that year, they were hired as a Sr. Agile Program Manager and Scrum Master at Adidas. Currently, Paul is a Technical Program Manager at Wimmer Solutions, and a Technical Project Manager at Demand Driven Technologies. Paul has been responsible for developing and delivering new eCommerce websites, overseeing teams, facilitating engineering scrum meetings, and providing direction to development teams. Paul has also contributed to multiple successful new product launches and created high user satisfaction by designing and developing portable, reusable, easy to use configuration applications for mobile devices.

Paul Shoeman received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
