Robert Lee is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the foodservice equipment industry. Currently a Project Engineer at DEMA Engineering Company since October 2015, Robert previously served as a Design Engineer at Star Holdings Group, where innovative gas and electric heated conveyor ovens, toasters, fryers, and related equipment were developed, focusing on global equipment approval with listing agencies. Earlier in their career, Robert worked as a Product Engineer at JBT FoodTech, specifically for Linear Oven Products. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, earned in May 1989.
