Mike Huegerich has over 27 years of work experience in engineering. Mike started their career in 1993 as the Director of Engineering at Star Manufacturing International, Inc. - a Division of The Middleby Corporation, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined DEMA Engineering Company as a Senior Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Engineering in March 2020.

Mike Huegerich obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, which they attended from 1989 to 1992. Mike then pursued further education and earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, graduating in 1999.
