Justin Ruth has been working at Deluxe Design since 2002, where they hold the position of Director of Events and Special Projects. At Deluxe Design, they are responsible for making various decisions for the company, ranging from the direction of the company to the selection of hardware for applications. Deluxe Design is a family-owned and operated business that values building relationships with its clients.

In 2011, Justin Ruth joined Glad Castle Presents as an Organizer. In this role, they are involved in event conceptualizing, organizing, booking, and production. Glad Castle Presents is known for organizing the Original Moustache Party, called Moustachio Bashio, which is considered the most enjoyable Moustache Party on Earth. Justin worked at Glad Castle Presents until March 2016.
