Alina Jurcola is an experienced professional with a strong focus on sustainability and the circular economy. Currently leading the Plastic IQ Program at Delterra, Alina is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a digital platform aimed at improving packaging practices through data-driven insights. Additionally, Alina serves as Project Director at The B Team, facilitating collective action on circular economy initiatives in Australia. Alina's previous experience includes a fellowship from McKinsey, where insights were brought to build self-sustaining waste management systems, and roles at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, providing consulting services across various industries. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at WorleyParsons, engaging in major energy infrastructure projects globally. Alina holds a degree from the University of Technology Sydney.
