Carrie Jensen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software support and customer care, currently serving as a Senior Software Support Manager at Deltek since October 2004. In this role, Carrie manages support for the Costpoint, GCS, and B&P GovCon product teams. Prior to this, Carrie held the position of Senior Customer Care Analyst, focusing on the Deltek Vision application. Carrie began a career in software support at Timberline Software as a Senior Support Analyst from September 2000 to October 2004, providing expertise across various accounting and financial modules. Earlier experience includes serving as an Education Associate at Semaphore, where Carrie developed training materials and conducted product training.
