Julie Stetz Lutes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, project management, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant at DELTAWRX since May 2022, Lutes previously held the position of Foundation President at the Santa Clarita Valley Youth Orchestra from October 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included securing funding and community engagement. Additional experience includes roles at Magellan Advisors as a Sr. Research Advisor & Project Manager for West Coast Smart City projects, Corporate Communications Specialist at DIRECTV, and Associate Director at Gartner managing government projects. Lutes also has a background in revenue management and economic research. Lutes holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, including an MBA and two master's degrees in Public and International Affairs, along with a bachelor's degree in International Studies and Political Science from Michigan State University.
