Stefano Liboni has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT, spanning over two decades. Stefano has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise and versatility.

Starting their career in 2000 at Wings S.r.l as a Software Engineer, Stefano worked on the development of WAP projects. Stefano then moved on to ENI Gas&Power, where they served as a Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer. In these roles, they successfully delivered projects involving CRM and subsidiary web apps.

Stefano later joined Banca Sella Holding as a Project Manager, where they coordinated remote teams in the launch of the CADR inter-bank service. Stefano also created a data warehouse using SQL.

Since 2008, Stefano has been working at Deltatre, where they have held multiple positions. Stefano started as a Senior Software Engineer, delivering components for the CTV Winter Olympic Games Vancouver 2010 official website. Stefano then served as a Technical Leader, working on significant projects such as ISC, a TCP/IP messaging library for major soccer events, and the Summer Olympic Games official website Rio 2016.

Moving up the ranks, Stefano became a Scrum Master, enhancing team performance and managing feature delivery across the Platforms Unit. Stefano later transitioned to the role of IT Service Manager, responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure for all company projects.

In their most recent roles at Deltatre, Stefano served as the EMEA Operations Director, overseeing the operations pillar of the EMEA Unit. Stefano managed Service Managers, DevOps Teams, and Maintenance Teams, delivering digital properties and OTT solutions for major sports events. Presently, they hold the position of Head of DevOps, leading multiple teams of Cloud Engineers and SREs, establishing core architectures, setting standards, and ensuring 24/7 support.

Stefano's experience showcases their strong technical abilities, project management skills, and leadership qualities. Stefano has consistently delivered successful outcomes and contributed to the growth of the organizations they have worked with.

Stefano Liboni obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universita degli Studi di Torino, which they completed between 1994 and 1999. Stefano also holds several additional certifications, including the EF SET Certificate in English, various LinkedIn courses on decision-making, leadership, mental agility, and conflict management, as well as certifications in Lean IT, ITIL v4 Foundation, Certified Scrum Master, and Siebel Business Essentials and Requirements Mapping.
