Marcus Smith has over 25 years of work experience. Marcus started their career at BT in 1993, where they held various roles, including Consumer Programme Office Manager, Programme Manager, and Design & Development Engineer. During their time at BT, they worked on high-profile IT projects and managed teams to achieve project goals. Marcus left BT in 2013 through voluntary redundancy.
