Brad McKouen has amassed extensive experience in the staffing industry, currently serving as President of Delta Staffing since January 2003. Under McKouen's leadership, Delta Staffing has focused on delivering exceptional service to clients, excellent representation for candidates, and deep appreciation for contract employees. Prior to Delta, McKouen co-founded XYNOX Group in January 2000, later selling shares in July 2002 when the company rebranded to Unisource Staffing Group. McKouen's career began at Aerotek, where valuable skills were developed as a Recruiter and Contracts Manager from January 1997 to January 2000. McKouen holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
