Tineciaa Harris, MSPH, MS, currently serves as the Strategic Partnerships Program Coordinator at Delta Regional Authority, responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances to foster organizational growth and innovation. Previously, Tineciaa held key positions including Director of Health Education & Clinical Research at HUED and Clinical & Quality Improvement Manager at the National Health Care for the Homeless Council, where focus was on improving health outcomes for the homeless. Tineciaa’s experience spans various roles in community health and wellness, outreach, and program management at organizations such as Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville General Hospital, and St. Vincent’s Health System, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing public health through education and strategic partnerships. Tineciaa earned a Master of Science in Public Health from Meharry Medical College and a Master’s in Biological Sciences from Mississippi College.
