Johnny Shi is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in site management and construction supervision. Currently serving as a Site Engineer at Delta Group since August 2023, Johnny monitors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards, while overseeing tunnel enabling works. Prior to this role, Johnny worked as a Site Engineer at Chalouhi for two years, managing construction progress and excavation activities. Johnny's previous positions as Foreman at Landmark Group Australia, Crown Group Holdings Pty Limited, Piety THP, and Toplace Pty Limited have provided valuable experience in managing trades, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring project coordination. Johnny holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from UNSW.
