Selin Durmus holds multiple leadership roles at Boston University, currently serving as President of the Delta Phi Epsilon, Gamma Chapter, and Co-President of the Dean's Ambassador program at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies. In addition, Selin contributes as a Nonprofit Assistance Program Intern at Lawyers Clearinghouse, working on a Client Case Closure Project, and teaches English to young women in Kabul through the Afghan Education Student Outreach Project. Selin also leads volunteer efforts for the American Red Cross as the BU Volunteer Coordinator and serves as Associate Editor for the Boston University International Relations Review. Past experience includes a Legislative Internship with the New York State Senate and roles in hospitality and editorial sectors. Selin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, and Spanish at Boston University, expected to graduate in 2025.
