Les serves as the company’s senior vice president and chief operating officer. Les received his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State in 1991 and earned his MBA from Mississippi College in 2003. He began his career with Entergy at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. Les joined the Delta Industries organization as Chief Engineer in 1999 and is a professional engineer in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee. He has twice served as president for both the American Concrete Institute Mid-South Chapter and the Mississippi Concrete Association. He currently serves on the BIPEC board of directors and is serving his second term on the board of directors for the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association.
