Eamon Francis currently serves as Managing Director at Delta Matrix and has held the same position at Delta Impact Limited since April 1998, where leadership and strategic direction are provided for an industry-leading electronics supply chain solutions business generating annual sales of £16 million, with growth plans aiming for £30 million within three years. Eamon's role involves creating a business vision, managing P&L budgets, leading the management team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Previously, Eamon held the position of Sales Director and was instrumental in developing the sales value proposition in the electronics market. Additionally, Eamon served as Managing Director for Rebound Electronics (Hong Kong) Ltd from January 2017 to March 2019, overseeing operations in multiple cities and targeting annual sales growth from USD 12 million to USD 20 million. Eamon is an alumnus of Cranfield School of Management.
