Rosa Vargas, MPA, currently serves as Regional Manager and has held various roles including Community Education Supervisor I and Community Education Specialist II at the University of California Cooperative Extension since March 2019. Concurrently, Rosa has been working as a Health Coach at Delta Health Systems since October 2019. Rosa's previous experience includes a role as an Account Manager and Health Coach at Delta Health Systems from October 2016 to March 2019, as well as a Health Educator at California Health Collaborative from February 2016 to September 2016. Prior to this, Rosa worked at Wells Fargo from March 2010 to April 2016, advancing from Teller to Lead Teller. Rosa holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Stanislaus, earned between 2011 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, completed from 2005 to 2009.
