Chris Gilchrist is a case manager and surveillance specialist at Delta Group. Chris has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in fire claims.

Chris began their career at State Farm in April 2001 as a Specialty Fire Claims Associate. In this role, they investigated homeowner claims with minimal supervision, determined coverage and compensability, and established reserves. Chris was also knowledgeable of jurisdictional requirements and applicable case law for multiple service states. Over their 16-year tenure at State Farm, Chris negotiated hundreds of claim settlements.

In June 2017, Chris left State Farm to join Delta Group as a case manager and surveillance specialist. In this role, they are responsible for investigating insurance claims and providing surveillance services. Chris has quickly become an integral part of the team at Delta Group, using their extensive knowledge and experience to help the company provide the best possible service to its clients.

Chris Gilchrist has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has completed courses in Intro to Insurance Fraud Investigation and Investigating Property Fraud from the National Insurance Crime Training Academy.
