Roshan Varma has a strong work experience, starting from 2006 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Abercrombie & Fitch. Later, they worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at Pacific Sunwear before becoming a Consultant for Retail Operations at Quiksilver. In 2012, Roshan joined Citi as a Summer Associate and then moved to AlixPartners, where they held various roles including Associate, Senior Vice President, and Director. Roshan also served as the Vice President of Customer Platforms and Analytics, as well as the Vice President of Digital at Tapestry. Currently, they hold the position of SVP of Digital at Delta Galil Industries.

Roshan Varma earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NYU Stern School of Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Behavioral Economics from Princeton University between 2002 and 2006.
