Ali Poling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and sustainability within the textile and garment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance & Sustainability at Delta Galil Industries since August 2016, Ali oversees sustainability and compliance programs for the US Division and Premium Brands such as 7 For All Mankind and Splendid. Previously, Ali held the role of Sr. Factory Compliance Manager at VF Corporation, where responsibilities included managing social compliance programs and conducting factory audits. Prior to that, Ali worked as the Regulatory & Social Compliance Manager at Big 5 Sporting Goods, ensuring product safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from California Baptist University.
