Vicky Chandler has over two decades of experience in client operations and account management, currently serving as Client Operations Manager at Delta Dental of Washington since August 2000. In this role, Vicky manages special claims issues, coordinates benefit fairs, and provides support to HR teams. Prior to this position, Vicky worked at Viacom from January 1985 to August 2000 as a Router/Dispatcher, responsible for routing daily work for installers and technicians. Vicky holds a Medical Billing Certificate from Eton Technical Institute, obtained in 2000, and has completed coursework at Edmonds College between 1989 and 1991.
