Carrie Cox is a seasoned customer service professional currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist III at Delta Dental of Washington since November 2021. Prior to this role, Carrie managed the cocktail lounge at Elks Lodge #1753 for nearly a decade from January 2012 to November 2021, and worked as a bartender at Barney's Restaurant from July 2006 to January 2012. Carrie holds an A.A.S. Degree in Medical Administrative/Executive Assistant and Medical Secretary from the Community Colleges of Spokane, where studies took place from 1993 to 1995, and a High School Diploma in General Studies from West Valley High School, earned between 1988 and 1990.
