Molli LaFrenier has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Molli began their career in 2012 as a Marketing Intern at Kum & Go. In 2012, they also served as the Co-President & Marketing Chairman of the BIA-IA Run, Walk & Roll 5K. In 2013, they became a Communications Coordinator at Anawim Housing and later transitioned to the role of Marketing and Communications Manager. In 2015, Molli joined Surency as the Director of Marketing and Communications. Molli also held the same position at Delta Dental of Kansas from July 2020 onwards.

Molli LaFrenier attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2009 to 2013. Molli obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing and Economics.
