Heather Brevik, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at Delta Dental of Colorado since June 2016, where responsibilities include partnering across the organization on various HR functions such as recruitment and employee engagement. Previously, Heather held the position of Senior HR Analyst at the Colorado Judicial Branch from October 2014 to May 2016, focusing on compliance with employment regulations. As HR Manager at The Colorado Health Foundation from June 2013 to October 2014, recruitment strategies and candidate management were key tasks. Additionally, Heather worked as Human Resources Director for the Denver Broncos Football Club from August 2005 to June 2013, overseeing HR policies and employee benefit programs. Heather holds a BA in Sociology from Colorado State University.
