Nadira Rahman is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Recruitment Manager and Interim Head of Recruitment at Delta Capita since January 2023. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at Capital One and Executive Recruitment Manager at Capgemini, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment across various business units and leading teams of technical recruiters. Nadira began a career in recruitment in 2006 and has worked with organizations such as Spring Technology, Advantage Technical Resourcing, and Computer People, gaining comprehensive expertise in sourcing, candidate management, and the full recruitment lifecycle. Nadira holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Law from Kingston University, completed in 2008.
