Lilia Bell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employee relations. Since May 2015, Lilia has served as the Director & Counsel for Labor and Employee Relations at Delta Air Lines. Prior to this role, Lilia was a Partner at Ford & Harrison from September 1998 to May 2015. Lilia earned a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law between 1995 and 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Carleton College, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
