Kelley Elliott is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and total rewards. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Services and Total Rewards at Delta Air Lines since August 2018, Kelley has held multiple leadership titles including Vice President of Total Rewards and Managing Director of Global Total Rewards. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Global Rewards - Compensation and Benefits at UPS from April 2016 to July 2018, alongside various positions at Willis Towers Watson from August 2001 to April 2016, culminating as Senior Consultant. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Certificate in Executive Education from Yale University.
