Albert Flood has extensive experience in military education and leadership, currently serving as a Senior Army Instructor at Delsea Regional High School District since July 2014. Prior to this role, Albert held similar positions as Senior Army Instructor in Army JROTC for The School District of Philadelphia from March 2012 to July 2014, and served as Regional VP at PHASE 4 Learning Center Inc. from September 2010 to March 2012. Albert's earlier career includes a directorial role at Ignited LLC from 2008 to 2010 and a significant tenure with the US Army from June 2004 to August 2008, where duties included serving as Professor of Military Science and Battalion Commander. Academically, Albert earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) with a Finance concentration from the University of Phoenix, an MBA from Niagara University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
