Amanda Kaine, MBS, currently serves as an HPSP Applicant for the US Army and as a Truelearn Ambassador at TrueLearn, both since July 2024. Amanda is also a Student Intern at SoMeDocs, a Mentor to premedical students, and a Researcher at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, focusing on gynecological disparities and health outcomes. At the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Amanda acts as a Student Ambassador and participates in research related to neurodegenerative diseases and health disparities in various labs. Additional roles include being a Team Member of the Disaster Response Team for Dade County Street Response, a Researcher at Ryder Trauma Center, an Emergency Medical Technician at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and a Senator for the Graduate Student Association. Amanda's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and multiple master's degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies.
