Sharad Pandey has extensive work experience in the software development field. Sharad worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Delphix since November 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at GlobalLogic from April 2018 to October 2019. Before their time at GlobalLogic, Sharad worked at AIRCOM International as a Software Support Engineer from April 2017 to March 2018, where they handled incident tickets, provided backend support, and conducted issue root cause analysis. Sharad also worked at Amdocs as an SME from January 2014 to March 2017, where they handled SLA tickets and escalated tickets. Sharad began their career at Schneider Electric, where they completed an internship as a Trainee from June 2012 to August 2012.

Sharad Pandey obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Dehradun Institute Of Technology between the years 2009 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Excel telecom from Ericsson in May 2012.
