Palash Gandhi has a diverse work experience at Delphix. Palash started as an intern in 2016, where they built an internal reporting tool and a dashboard for data collection, analytics, and visualizations. Palash utilized Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other web technologies for this project. In 2017, they continued as an intern, focusing on building libraries and wrappers around Microsoft Azure's SDK and writing test suites for the storage scope. Palash extensively used Python and Microsoft Azure's SDK for this role. In 2018, Palash joined Delphix as a Member of Technical Staff and later progressed to Senior Member of Technical Staff. Finally, in 2022, they became a Staff Engineer.

Palash Gandhi's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Bombay Cambridge, where they completed their secondary school education. Palash studied there until 2007. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology at St. Francis Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014. Later, they furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2015 and 2017.
