Anindita G. currently serves as Vice President of Learning Content Solutions and Marketing at DelphianLogic since July 2019, where responsibilities include marketing and sales strategy design and implementation, sales enablement, and consulting engagement design. Prior to this role, Anindita held various positions at IBM from January 2010 to June 2019, notably as an Advisory Consultant and Learning Development Competency Lead. Anindita's career began at Tata Interactive Systems as a Manager in Instructional Design from December 2004 to January 2010 and included earlier experience as a Lead Visualiser at Intrasoft Technologies Limited. Anindita holds multiple degrees in Arts and Marketing from the University of Calcutta and Bhavans College.
