Debo Onifade has a diverse and extensive work experience. Debo is currently the CEO of DelonJobs and DelonApps, where they oversee a team of 150+ staff delivering IT recruitment and outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and enterprise IT training services to various clients across Africa, Europe, and North America. Debo has also worked as a Part-Time Soccer Academy Coach at The Kraft Group & Affiliates. Previously, Debo was the CEO of e-Peak Systems Limited, where they served for over 12 years. Debo also held various positions at Iron Mountain, Hasbro, CAMP Systems International, Inc., Greatland Home Health Services Inc, Tufts University Gordon Institute, and ATM Consortium. Their roles varied from IT Program Manager, Scrum Product Owner, Director of Technology and Strategy, to IT Assistant and Project Manager. Throughout their career, Debo has gained extensive experience in IT project management, software development, data privacy, agile transformation, and team leadership.
Debo Onifade has a strong education background in engineering and management. Debo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Ibadan in 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Tufts University from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they received a Certificate in Sustainable Energy Conversion and Storage from Stanford University, and also became a Certified Registered Engineer accredited by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. In 2015 and 2016, they expanded their knowledge by earning a Certificate from Harvard University, focusing on Greater China Today: The People's Republic, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Outside of their formal education, Debo Onifade has acquired additional certifications, including being a Delon Certified Backend Engineer from DelonAcademy and a Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org.
