Stephen Abkin currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Deloitte, where responsibilities include leading the Candidate Development Team for the US National Office and conducting targeted recruitment for Cyber Security, Digital Controllership, GRC, and Regulatory offerings across various sectors. Prior to Deloitte, Stephen held the position of Area Director at a Real Estate Investment Trust and served as Vice President - Executive Recruiter at Millennium Search Group, Inc., focusing on management consulting and professional services recruitment. Stephen's career also includes experience as a Research Analyst at Intech Summit Group and an Officer with the Santa Barbara County Probation Department. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
