Sonia Nagpal has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Talent at Deloitte since March 2016. Prior to this role, Sonia held various positions at Accenture in Bangalore, including General Manager HR and India Campus Recruitment Delivery Lead from June 2011 to February 2016. Previously, Sonia was an Assistant Vice President HR at HSBC Global Resourcing, where responsibilities included acting as an HR Business Partner and Site Recruitment Lead from April 2007 to April 2011. Earlier career roles include Senior Manager HR at BPO (An Essar Group Company) and Manager HR at ICICI OneSource. Sonia began the professional journey as an Executive Secretary to the Director in January 1996. Academic qualifications include a B.Sc. in Electronics from Bangalore University.
