Michael Allard is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Team Lead Manager for Learning Delivery at Deloitte since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Learning and Development Manager at Power Home Remodeling and Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University. Michael's extensive background in the US Army spans various leadership positions, including Director of Knowledge Management and Commanding Officer, where responsibilities included enhancing organizational performance and managing large teams. Michael holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History from Saint Michael's College.
