Jo Hellinckx is a Senior Manager and Team Lead for University Relations Management at Deloitte, responsible for strategic oversight of the University Relations Department and managing relationships with educational institutions. Previously, Jo served as TA Team Lead for Risk Advisory and played a key role in delivering talent solutions aligned with business strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager for BD in the BeNeLux region, Talent Acquisition Manager for the EMEA region at Wolters Kluwer, Senior Recruitment Advisor at Badenoch & Clark, and Talent Manager at Pass HR Services. Jo began a career in research at Ghent University, focusing on social security analysis and police capacity. Jo holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from Ghent University.
