Silje Emilienne Aanderud-Larsen currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Deloitte since October 2023. Previously, Silje held multiple roles at NAV from August 2015 to October 2023, including Sections Leader for Business Development, Knowledge and Analysis, and Senior Legal Advisor, with a focus on simplification and process management. Silje also led teams in Master Data and Machine Learning, and was the CEO and founder of Axilitech AS from August 2015 to August 2017. Earlier experience includes positions as a Legal Advisor at NAV and JURK, specializing in legal semantics and advocating for labor rights. Silje holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo and an International Baccalaureate from Ã…s Senior Secondary School.
