Sean Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and talent transformation. Currently serving as Principal and US Talent Transformation Leader at Deloitte since May 2009, Sean is a core member of the US Talent Executive Team. Previously, Sean held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Government and Public Services at Deloitte from 2019 to 2023. Prior experience includes Managing Director at BearingPoint, where responsibilities included leading the National Homeland Security practice, and a role as Senior Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation focused on strategy consulting for the Federal sector. Educational credentials include a BS in Political Science and Government from the University of Oregon, an MA in International Relations and Affairs from American University, and executive education from Harvard Business School.
